Staff and location were good overall. I loved having iron/ironing board, a work desk and a television with satellite channels. Easy check-in.

In general efficient staff. Great service and flexible check in too. Splendid rear views. Bathroom was luxury, with toiletries and toilet.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

There was Al Bacio just a walk down to the accommodation, as a dining option. Cabot tower is just around the corner. Near Bristol airport, which is 20 minutes drive away...
